Bowled Over!

I have spent the majority of the day in the smallest room in the house. I don’t know if it is because of the anti-nausea tablets that I took yesterday or what, but whatever the reason, my gut hurts and so do other parts of me best left unmentioned.

For all this, I still managed to eat an extra bowl of cereal again today. I am not sure when this cereal thing started but I really have to get a handle on it. I guess this is my pledge not to do it anymore. If that sounds half-hearted, it is. We will see though. I may yet surprise myself.
